In the event that any check, credit card or other form of payment you tender to Us is declined, or refused or if you fail to pay for any tickets or services, We shall be entitled to its costs of collection including court costs and reasonable attorney fees and expenses.


You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by you and/or any third party(s) due to or arising out of your use of this website or breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.


All sales are final.

When purchasing Hotel and pass packages all names and contact information for every person using the ticket or hotel needs to be provided 21 days prior to the event, no refunds for unused tickets any changes to reservations are subject to $25 fee, any coupon or discount is only valid one time for that year’s event.

All sales are final. A full refund of the purchase price will be given for cancelled events only. To qualify for a 50% refund the buyer must contact us within 30 days of event . Refunds for cancelled events must be requested within 30 days of the event cancellation. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded.
